Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery.
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is already being processed and cannot be canceled. If a customer requests a cancellation after the 2-hour window but before shipping, a non-refundable processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the refund to cover transaction fees. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may request a return instead.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
